2016, and through last year you would have seen a plethora of product announcements from AMD both on the Ryzen brand for the client business, and the EPYC brand on the server side. We announced new processor families for desktop, laptop and server markets as well as a combined graphics and processor chip for laptops. Now we’re bringing the


embedded version of the EPYC server products. The product applicable to casino gaming is the AMD Ryzen Embedded V1000 series, introducing a new class of product for us in this arena. The V1000 combines our “Zen” core complex with “Vega”


graphics for the first time in embedded processor, plus new multimedia engines, new I/O subsystems, the fastest DDR controller in the market, and a brand new display engine. Knit those all together with our Infinity fabric, a key piece of IP within AMD used for pulling together different IP components together on-chip, and you have a piece of equipment with many world-class aspects. Our mantra is we are bringing better performance, better


multimedia, better security and better I/O to the market than our competition – plus more than any other part we have had to date. In performance terms, the AMD Ryzen Embedded is two


times the performance of our AMD Embedded R-Series parts, so we enter a new tier of performance. It is up to three times the GPU performance of competitors’ offerings, and delivers up to 50% more CPU performance.
