ash Support BV is proving to be on track with their excellent – and fantastic looking! – CTM kiosks and have many new installations in The Netherlands, South Africa and Russia. The company is now also finalizing a new installation in Vietnam, at the Corona Casino resort on the island of Phu Quoc. Twenty units are ready to help the resort’s


customers to do all transactions – cash, card, ticket – in one terminal and relieve pressure on the cash desk, while avoiding long lines of impatient customers. Everybody wins! Nowadays, CTM terminals can handle almost all customer demands. We also now have a software adaptation that


allows multiple currencies to be accepted in the CTM, with a real-time exchange rate check, an option that will be loved by punters. Next to that we have finalised our CTM-


DASH full monitoring Dashboard software which allows the operator to do real-time monitoring of all installed devices, whether in one location or in several locations simultaneously.


This means a huge improvement in supporting and


maintaining the CTM units on the floor – and of course less downtime. After three years of manufacturing the CTM-ONE we can
