CASINOFLEX /E-GAMING – ICE PREVIEW

CasinoFlex Systems brings key systems innovations

The CasinoFlex Systems team sends out a warm welcome to come and see the key innovations that will be released at ICE on booth S5-102

T

his young and dynamic company has always put customer requirements first; each casino or gaming location has its own specific needs and requirements. There is no one solution that fits all. Furthermore, casino managers cannot

always know which solutions best fit their own requirements. Here specific, detailed on-site advice takes away any uncertainties. “The CasinoFlex Systems International team have decades of experience in systems technology. We have worked for many years for both gaming operators and manufacturers. We have seen the weaknesses in the market and have focused from day one on creating a stronger portfolio with dedicated service to match. We firmly believe in investing the time and focus with our customers to ensure they are made fully aware of the opportunities a system offers and secondly that they are trained to make full use of these,” commented Tim Klok,

Managing Director at CasinoFlex Systems International. Visitors to the stand can see how they can benefit from

the new innovations. The Player Tracking Module is even more interactive, and new marketing tools will be released. In addition to that, customers can now make use of a new TFT colour screen available in any size. Video content can also be streamed. Bas Baarbe, Technology Director at CasinoFlex Systems

International, explained: “It is not just about having new features – it is also about how these are then put into practice. For example, video streaming can be popular for players who wish to watch a certain sports event, for example a football match. Operators can steer this desire to provide this service only when the slot machine is in use – making it a win-win for both the operator and player. We place particular emphasis on providing different ways to manage our system – making it unique for each customer.”

There was an impressive increase of terminal installation in Spain, reaching 7000 units, and in Europe more units were sold in Belgium, Ireland, Romania and the Balkan region. In Latin America the greatest increase in 2019 was in

Panama, with installations at the country’s most important casinos; furthermore, Mexico also had a quite significant increase in the number of terminals installed after e-gaming

signed agreements with some major operators. Despite severe law and taxation changes in Czech Republic during 2019, e-gaming maintained an acceptable level of installed terminals in its home market. The online game content side of the business also saw

improvement after e-gaming signed agreements with platform suppliers and online casino companies. The company’s R&D department is working very hard to

prepare all-new game releases for ICE 2020 and other upcoming shows where e-gaming will present many novelties on the hardware side, with new cabinets and new games for land-based and online casino operations.
