t ICE 2020, IGT will demonstrate its commitment to delivering Player-Driven Performance with an expanded library of core video titles including the latest graduates of the Company’s regimented test bank program.


“IGT’s test bank program ensures that we are only bringing games to market that our customers know will perform and players will enjoy,” said Guenter Bluemel, IGT Vice President Content and Product Marketing. The test bank program is designed to provide reliable performance ratings that are used to determine if a product is released to market. If a game does not meet the Company’s rigid performance standards, it is not released. The program has been in place for more than fi ve years and has proven to be a valuable tool for the Company. One recent success story is Scarab slots. The engaging title launched with much anticipation as one of the highest scoring games on the Company’s test bank program and quickly proved itself in the fi eld. Building on the success of this title, and its status as a Proven Performer, the Company has since released new iterations of the now player-favorite game with Scarab Grand and Scarab Link. This Proven Performer strategy could be seen within IGT’s


massive booth at G2E, where the Company presented new versions of iconic IGT titles with games such as Hexbreaker 3 and Wolf Run Gold. “The familiarity of these themes in addition to the innovative game mechanics are going to excite and engage players,” said Bluemel. IGT is diligent when it comes to content planning and performance testing, taking a localized approach to ensure that regional considerations and attunements are made when needed. “Our test bank program operates globally, and we’re committed to approaching content development with regional needs in mind to ensure we’re delivering solutions that appeal to players and perform for customers,” added Bluemel. Whether this means that the Company adjusts titles to fi t the regional needs of players, or it creates specifi c games for international markets such as the popular high-volatility fruit games, IGT is committed to delivering performance.
