Kinedo Show Van makes a welcome return
After a three-year absence, the Kinedo van is out on the road attending roadshows and trade mornings at plumbers’ merchants and retail showrooms up and down the country so customers and sales teams are fully up to date with the Kinedo brand. This includes a range of shower trays such as the Kinemoon, the Kinerock Evo and the Kineline - all of which are manufactured to resemble natural stone. The popular black crittal all-in-one shower cubicle, the Brooklyn Factory, is
fully assembled and installed in the van along with the Smart Design and Fast 2000 enclosures. The flexible ranges include sliding and pivot doors, single panels and folding panels – examples of which are on display.
Franke invests in aftercare service with new recruits, vehicles and service package
Franke has expanded its Field Service team with two new employees, providing wider coverage for customers across the UK who require technical support with their Instant Boiling Water taps, cooker hoods and Waste Disposal Units (WDU). Tom Probert and Dylan Smith have joined the team as Field Service
Technicians covering the North and South-East of England respectively, while longstanding employee Dan Weston has been promoted to Field Service Team Leader. Franke has also invested in five new field service vehicles and has plans to
introduce an annual service package for customers, covering its instant boiling water tap range, towards the end of the year. Along with Nathan West and Stuart Reid, the five-strong team are
