Knightsbridge improves downlight safety and looks with FireNova
Knightsbridge’s FireNova range redefines downlighting with an open-back, fire-rated design that ensures compliance with safety regulations while enhancing ventilation and lamp performance. Compatible with LED and halogen lamps, FireNova comes in fixed and tilt models, offering fire protection of 30, 60, and 90 minutes for solid timber and 30 minutes for I-joists.
The fixed option, rated IP20 or IP65, suits living areas and bathrooms. The tilt version, ideal for spotlighting, is adjustable and IP20-rated. Both options support dimming (lamp-dependent) and include push-fit terminals with loop- in/loop-out for easy installation. Customisation is simple with magnetic bezels available in five finishes, from antique brass to matt
black. For added versatility, FireNova becomes IC-rated when paired with a 7W max LED and the FRNIC accessory, allowing safe insulation coverage.
Blending fire safety, style, and convenience, FireNova showcases Knightsbridge’s commitment to innovation in modern lighting solutions for residential and commercial use.
