Keller appoints new Area Sales Manager – Ben Kennedy
Due to continued growth in the business, Dutch kitchen manufacturer, Keller, has announced the appointment of Ben Kennedy as the new Area Sales Manager for the Midlands, UK.
2023 was a record year for Keller in the UK so Ben is joining the business to manage existing partners and to help take the business to the next level of sales progression with new acquisitions.
Ben has considerable experience in the KBB industry having worked with PJH, Frontline Bathrooms and Aqualla Brassware; he was also previously a semi-professional footballer.
Tim Spann, National Sales Manager, comments, “I am delighted to welcome Ben to our UK sales team and I look forward to working closely with him as we move our UK operation into the next phase of development. The UK is an important market for our brand and this appointment is part of a broader strategy to help maintain the levels of growth achieved and expected going forward - along with helping to maintain our excellent service levels.”
Keller is well known for offering the widest range of colours (2,050 NCS) and finishes in the kitchen furniture market – along with a vast range of cabinet options, all produced by the most sustainable means possible. The company is proud to be a Carbon Neutral kitchen manufacturer since 2017. *
Keller excels in Kiwa assessment
Keller Kitchens has been reassessed by Kiwa, a European institute that is involved in the certification of processes, products, employees and organisations; and, once again, passed with flying colours! The Kiwa auditors established that the company’s management system continues to meet the standard requirements of ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment). Tim Spann, Keller’s UK National Sales Manager explains more, “Renewing these certificates means that our customers can be confident that our processes meet international quality and environmental standards, that our organisation attaches great importance to continuous improvement and that we also have a good balance in responsible growth, sustainable chain cooperation and a healthy working environment.”

BiKBBI – InstallerSHOW 24: The perfect forum for collaboration and partnerships
ast month saw BiKBBI’s debut at InstallerSHOW, partnering with Lyrical Communications, the show organisers, to deliver Installer Kitchens & Bathrooms – a dedicated showcase featuring hundreds of brands, products and innovations specifically for the KBB sector. Anyone that’s ever exhibited at a trade show will know the significant amount of investment, both financially and resource-based, required, so there needs to be a tangible return on investment. Even more so if you are a not-for-profit organisation with limited resources and a non-existent marketing budget. So, was the InstallerSHOW worth it? Absolutely. As well as providing a great opportunity to engage with our key stakeholder groups and raise awareness of the institute and the work we are doing in the sector, the show delivered the rare opportunity for the industry to come together and engage directly with the installation community – an audience that can often prove difficult for manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and retailers to reach.

It was great to see so many installers over the three days, as well as a significant number of our corporate sponsors and strategic partners. InstallerSHOW has excelled at making this event relevant for the KBB market, and if you didn’t make it this year, it should definitely be in your diary for 2025.
