BEST OF GERMAN

KEUCO EDITION 90 offers freedom for creative design

KEUCO is a family run company that produces a full range of high-quality, award winning bathroom furnishings. All their products are developed, designed, planned, and built in one of their three German manufacturing facilities then exported around the globe. Products such as the EDITION 90 collection where the circle meets the square: EDITION 90 from KEUCO merges the circle with the square in an opulent symphony of form. The clarity of the design language found in the 90 degree angle is reflected consistently throughout the entire collection of bathroom elements – from fittings and accessories to washbasin, furniture and light mirrors. EDITION 90 offers freedom for

creative design, the flexibility to arrange the pieces to suit your needs; wall-mounted washbasin in white or slate grey can be mixed

New Old Split Oak by Rotpunkt

and matched with a wide variety of solitary furniture pieces. The bathroom furniture is

available either as a wall-mounted version, with base, or as a more modern version with legs. Genuine wood veneers and textured lacquers with matt or gloss finish radiate elegant comfort. The design of KEUCO’s EDITION 90 fittings uses a language that is clear and consistent, a visual statement of “square on round” highlighting precise contours and brilliant chrome surfaces.

Perfect social setting with New Old Split Oak Kitchen, shown on the popular Zerox furniture range, which also features a new bicolour unit in Black Steel - the modern kitchen of tomorrow. Creating the ideal backdrop for living and dining too, the interplay of wood optics and a black matt front let the relatively simple kitchen take centre stage and the integrated worktop from the island, provides a practical space to dine, socialise and even work from home! This pioneering kitchen design for 2021 also features new gable end shoes in black, full height doors and fixtures and fittings, also black. The use of colour is restrained and purposeful in 2021, with colour and

material being used to create a contrast effect between two opposing finishes like a planked raw timber set against coal black furniture. Sophisticated and sharp, kitchen furniture that is rich in contrast will help to define the contemporary kitchen next year and create a more liveable aesthetic if working open-plan and we expect to see different shades of black, grey and authentic wood finishes standing strong.

Pronorm maximises space to provide 10% more storage with new Proline128+ range

C

ontemporary German kitchen furniture manufacturer Pronorm

has introduced Proline128+, a new size of cabinetry that has been cleverly designed to offer 10% more internal storage without taking up any extra floor space. To maximise functionality and help consumers

optimise storage in their kitchen, Pronorm has increased the carcase height of its Proline128 base units from 768mm to 832mm (excluding the plinth) to create Proline128+. Utilising the trend for slimmer, 20mm-thick worktops enabled the manufacturer to create

the slightly taller cabinets without compromising the overall ergonomic working height of the units. This enables users to gain 10% more storage capacity for just an extra 14mm in height. Particularly valuable in compact kitchens where

floor space is often at a premium as well as open- plan designs where storage is key for creating a sleek and streamlined aesthetic, the new units are also ideal for taller users. To create a unique design tailored to each consumer’s individual requirements, Proline128+ units can be mixed and matched with those from the existing

Proline128, X-line and Y-line handleless furniture ranges.

Unveiled to customers at its HQ during the

annual Hausmesse in September, the new, taller cabinets will also be rolled out across Pronorm’s X-Line and Y-Line ranges early next year.
