Asking about their speciality within the engraving industry, Phil tells us, "From simple, basic engravings to complicated control panels and machine plates, Brunel provides a tailored service to suit every different need. We asked Phil about Brunel's level of excellence in engraving, Phil says, "Brunel has always maintained a commitment of excellence to its customers, and believes this is one of the main factors supporting its continued growth. With a commitment to excellence, we were interested to learn about the machinery they use. Phil says "Brunel Engraving has two cylindrical CNC engraving machines and nine Vision computer controlled two dimensional flat bed machines which are the most reliable machines on the market today. We also have CNC CO2, Fibre, UV and Galvo laser engravers, 1.5kw Fibre laser cutting, direct to surface anodic printing, sublimation ink printing, chemical etching and digital print all housed in our 6500sqft premises."
Phil concludes by telling us about Brunel's plans for future expansion, “Brunel Engraving is currently finalising plans for an expansion to its premises, as the companies continued success over recent years, has meant that the current 6500sqft premises, is no longer big enough to accommodate the increasing workload. This will also allow the company to streamline some of its operations at the same time.”
