(L-R): New appointments Devon Hirst and Manisha Sandhu
Creative Vehicle Wrapping (CVW) has expanded its team with the appointment of Manisha Sandhu as client relationship manager and Devon Hirst as project co-ordinator. Fluent in German, Russian and Punjabi, Ms Sandhu brings with her more than three years of experience working in the printing, vinyl and display materials industry. As client relationship manager, Ms Sandhu will be dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling work and coordinating with the sales team to ensure that every project is completed in line with customers’ lead times. Ms Hirst, who brings more than six years’ experience as a transport co-ordinator, will be responsible for the planning and co-ordinating the arrival, collection, storage and delivery of customers’ vehicles. Jonathan Thomas, managing director at CVW, said: “We are delighted to welcome Manisha and Devon to the team. They both possess great project management and customer service skills, as well as invaluable experience and knowledge gained from related industries. I am confident that they will make a positive contribution here.”
The organisation announced the former board member had passed on May 23, exactly one day after the closing of this year’s event in Barcelona. FESPA’s president, Daniel Sunderland, said: “Michel was an irrepressible innovator, passionate about the craft and creativity of screen printing. “He believed wholeheartedly in the power to advance print by encouraging printers to share their knowledge and ideas generously with one another.” In 1961, Mr Caza was one of eight founding board members of the FESPA federation, established with the objectives of ‘sharing of knowledge of screen printing, the establishment of close co-operation between screen printers and suppliers and
promotion of screen- printing in Europe’. He remained a Board Member of FESPA until his retirement from the role in 2014, and he occupied the position of FESPA President from 1996 to 1999 and 2000 to 2002.

New Hollywood Monster partnership creates employment pathways across Birmingham
Hollywood Monster has named Birmingham mental health charity Better Pathways as its official Social Value Partner, generating new signage employment opportunities across the Midlands.
The agreement formalises a long-term relationship between the two organisations and strengthens Better Pathways’ ability to support around 130 people each week. It also means every project delivered through Hollywood Monster will help sustain the charity’s vocational programmes, giving clients a clear and measurable social value contribution alongside their signage investment. Participants from Better Pathways will spend
time at Hollywood Monster’s Tyseley facility, gaining practical insight into commercial print production, project delivery and manufacturing processes, helping strengthen pathways into future employment. Tim Andrews MBE, chairman of Hollywood Monster, said: “Better Pathways has been transforming lives for more than 60 years. “The signage connection makes this
partnership a natural fit, but it is the scale and longevity of their impact that made us want to become involved.” Sue Roberts, chief executive of Better
Pathways, said: “Whether someone’s goal is reducing isolation, building confidence, learning new skills or moving into employment,
additional support from Hollywood Monster will help us expand what we can offer and increase our impact across the region.”
