FESPA Review

INKTEC EUROPE This year at FESPA, InkTec were keen to celebrate its South Korean heritage and the depth of innovation, technology and creativity that offers. Central to the stand were two key solutions: the JETRIX XAR320 Hybrid UV printer and the JETRIX LXa6 UV printer. The XAR320 demonstrated its powerful hybrid capabilities, with production throughout the show illustrating its exceptional productivity across both rigid and roll substrates. Alongside the compact yet robust LXa6 attracted attention for its fl exibility and reliability. Ideally suited for high-quality output for signage and graphics applications, with an optional roll-to-roll function to enhance its versatility. A major highlight of the stand was the K-PRINT Zone, bringing together contemporary Korean artistry and print technology. On display were a wide range of applications, from merchandise to creative display pieces, demonstrating how traditional Korean creativity can be transformed through modern print solutions. Refl ecting on the show, Julian Mennell, national hardware sales manager, said: “Yet again FESPA delivered. A large proportion of visitors primarily joined us to fi nd out more about the latest additions to the JETRIX printer series – the LXa6 and the XAR320 Hybrid UV printers. But the level of interest in the K-PRINT Zone was fantastic to see too. “It was a great way to celebrate our South Korean heritage while showing how these creative infl uences translate into print.” “While still early days, the signs are good from the conversations since, with both customers and new people expressing an interest in coming to our UK headquarters for demonstrations. So, we are looking forward to seeing them over the next few weeks.”

EFI

EFI hailed FESPA as a valuable opportunity to connect with customers, partners, and industry professionals while demonstrating the technologies shaping the future of digital print. This year’s exhibition reinforced the growing demand for solutions that deliver greater productivity, automation, sustainability, and application versatility. The company used the event to showcase innovations spanning signage, display graphics, textiles, and packaging, while also offi cially launching two signifi cant additions to its portfolio. A major highlight was the debut of the VUTEk FabriVU 340 i8, designed to meet the increasing demand for brand-accurate soft signage production. Featuring an expanded eight-colour ink set, inline fi xation technology, and production speeds of up to 375sqm/hr, the system attracted considerable interest from businesses serving retail, events, and branded environments.

The launch of the VUTEk M3h X hybrid printer also generated

strong attention from visitors seeking production-level performance with the fl exibility to handle both rigid and roll media. EFI positioned the system as an accessible route into

higher-volume sign and display production, combining advanced imaging capabilities with automated workfl ows and energy- effi cient LED curing. Alongside these new launches, EFI demonstrated the VUTEk

Q3h XP hybrid LED printer in a new seven-colour confi guration, highlighting its ability to deliver premium-quality output for demanding retail, exhibition, and display applications. Refl ecting on the exhibition, EFI said FESPA continues to

provide an important platform for demonstrating innovation and engaging directly with businesses looking to grow, diversify, and improve operational effi ciency. The company reported strong interest across its portfolio and

believes the conversations held during the event reinforced the industry’s focus on automation, sustainability, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through digital print technologies.
