Scheduled for launch on 2nd April, the tool is designed to provide immediate access to diagnostic information and technical guidance. Users can input symptoms or error codes to receive accurate diagnostic recommendations, relevant manufacturer specifi cations, and troubleshooting steps. Boiler Bot aims to streamline the repair


process, allowing engineers to address boiler issues more effi ciently. The tool is intended for use both on-site and during planning phases, potentially reducing the time spent on diagnostics and follow-up visits. By centralising information, it allows engineers to access critical data
