Siting fl exibility with new electric model


The latest addition of designer radiators from The Radiator Company is the Halo Electric – an industrial-inspired contemporary radiator crafted from circular steel fi ns. Fully electric, it off ers the benefi ts of siting fl exibility as it avoids any need to be restricted by existing pipework connections. Made from lightweight steel, it responds quickly to temperature changes, heating up and cooling down quickly to suit the demands of any space. Comprising 122mm steel fi ns, the Halo Electric is


available in three widths – 1,015, 1,515 and 2,015mm. Its slim profi le makes it ideal for spaces with large expanses of glass or beneath low windowsills where wall height is restricted. Alternatively, it can be installed vertically, making it ideal for narrow wall spaces or tight corners. It is available in 188 RAL colours and two special

Digital shower now with cold boost feature


Responding to increasing interest in the benefi ts of cold-water immersion, Mira Showers has launched the Mira Activate with ColdBoost, a digital shower that enables installers to off er a convenient cold water therapy solution to homeowners without the need for additional appliances or modifi cations. Cold water therapy, which


involves exposing the body to cool temperatures to support with blood circulation, infl ammation and promote skin and hair health, has grown in popularity over recent years. For consumers who want to incorporate cold showers into their washing routines, the Mira Activate with ColdBoost features an intelligent temperature control system that gradually reduces the water temperature and sustains it between 12 and 15°C. The shower off ers four preset modes tailored for diff erent comfort levels, from


beginner mode to intermediate, advanced and expert. The product is available in

Longer warranty for commercial boiler


Ideal Heating Commercial has announced that the wall-mounted Evomax 2 is now available with a 10-year warranty. The new warranty covers


10-year parts and labour when Evomax 2 is installed on an Ideal Heating pipework header kit with plate heat exchanger, and commissioned by Ideal Heating Commercial (which is available as a free service). An Enhanced Appliance and Primary System Check, which is chargeable at £250 per boiler, is also required under the terms and conditions of the 10-year warranty.


Fibo, a specialist supplier of innovative wall panel solutions, has teamed up with PJH to take advantage of the bathroom distributor’s countrywide distribution network.
