Kaseya Dermot McCann will head Kaseya in Europe as its new executive vice president and general manager. McCann is a proven leader who most recently


oversaw APAC as its senior vice president and general manager. In his new role, he will lead all go-to-market efforts across Europe. Tis is a coming home for McCann, who is originally from Galway, and will now be based in London. “I have had the pleasure of partnering with MSPs and helping


them grow their revenue and improve their profitability,” said McCann. “I look forward to doing this in the EMEA region and understanding their unique needs to ensure Kaseya invests and delivers an exceptional experience for them.” McCann has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles


with global technology companies like Optus and IBM, driving business and transformation initiatives into large enterprises resulting in operational enhancements and increased revenue.


Node4 Node4, the cloud-led digital transformation Managed Services Provider (MSP), has appointed Chris Woodhouse as chairman of the board effective


immediately. He succeeds Sir Bill Tomas, who is stepping down as chairman aſter seven years in the role but remains on the board. Woodhouse is a highly experienced and respected leader with


a proven track record of driving value across different businesses in executive and non-executive roles. Between 2017 and 2023, Woodhouse was CEO of Evelyn Partners, a leading investment management and professional services group. He oversaw a trebling of funds under management to nearly £60 billion and led the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson to form Evelyn Partners. Prior to this, he was CEO of the RAC, the roadside assistance and insurance group, for five years, during which time the group more than doubled its profits.


Pax8 Pax8 has named Eric Stevens as chief AI officer. In this newly created position, Stevens will report to Scott Chasin, CEO, and own the strategic


implementation of AI technologies, infrastructure, and practices. “AI is about to completely revolutionise the world, and

Joining Sophos from Zendesk, Anania was responsible for the management and development of its global client base of more than 110,000 customers from small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB) to enterprises. Anania has extensive experience specialising in scaling post-sales customer engagement for enterprise, commercial, and volume segments, delivering significant Return on Investment (ROI) and driving revenue.


TD Synnex TD Synnex has appointed Patrick Zammit as chief executive officer, succeeding Rich Hume, who will retire


aſter a transformative tenure as CEO. Also appointed is Phil Brown to vice president sales, UK and Ireland. Both are as of 1 September 2024. Zammit, who has served as the company’s chief operating


officer since January 2024, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. Zammit has been instrumental in coordinating the company’s business strategy, driving profitable growth and accelerating the adoption of new, high-growth technologies around the globe. Zammit led the European region beginning in 2017, following Tech Data’s acquisition of Avnet Technology Solutions. His role expanded in 2021 to include responsibilities for the APJ region. His tenure at Avnet, which began in 1993, saw him in various management roles, culminating as Global President of the Technology Solutions division, where he served on its executive board. His earlier roles at Avnet included President of EMEA Electronic Marketing and European CFO. “I am honoured to succeed Rich and lead TD Synnex into its


next chapter. I look forward to building on the strong foundation we have established and driving forward our strategy and digitization roadmap to ensure we are constantly delivering the greatest value to our co-workers, partners, vendors, and shareholders,” said Zammit. Brown joins from his present post as UK commercial director at


SCC, where he has been for almost three years. Previously, he spent more than a decade working in senior sales and commercial roles within the IT distribution sector. He also spent five years in key roles at two of TD Synnex’s vendor partners, Samsung and ASUS. In total, he brings more than 26 years of experience working


in the IT channel to TD Synnex, having started his career with Computer 2000 in 1998*1 and spending eight years with the company in a variety of sales roles.
