Markus Windisch joins Tier as chief business officer, following seven years at food delivery service HelloFresh, most recently leading operations as international chief operating officer. Trecilla Lobo will be joining Tier as chief people officer, bringing her 25 years of experience in HR, working with companies like Johnson and Johnson, Microsoft, and Deliveroo.
