How did it feel for the team to win the 2025 BikeBiz Award for P&A Distributor of the Year and receive that recognition? It was a hugely proud moment for the whole team at Extra UK. Awards like this mean a lot because they’re voted for by our peers, our partners, and the retailers we work with every day. Extra UK has long been a strong and stable customer and
brand-oriented business, and this felt like recognition of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. We have invested in our team, in our stock, in processes, customer support and marketing. It also reflects the strength of the brands we

represent and the relationships we’ve built over many years working together. Most importantly, it has given the whole team a boost of confidence and motivation to keep pushing forward.
The last few years have been a rollercoaster for the cycling industry. How has Extra UK navigated the changes? Well, that’s a big and complex topic! But to put it succinctly, we were all in the same boat - demand dropped, stock was high and so on. We had great support from a strong and
