Adaptive DCS is continuing its growth trajectory with the appointment of Niki Burnley as area manager for Central (South) England and South Wales. A seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience in the bicycle industry, Burnley takes expertise in sales, business development, and operations, along with an understanding of the IBD market. Reuniting with Adaptive’s co-owners


after working together in previous roles, Burnley will oversee sales for Adaptive’s portfolio of cycling brands, including 3T, Limar, UDOG, Repente, NS Bikes, and Rondo. Her strong industry connections


and proven ability to foster customer relationships will play a vital role in driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint in the region. Speaking on the appointment, Dale

Bob Hoogerbrugge Bob Hoogerbrugge, Oneway Bike


Oneway Bike has appointed Bob Hoogerbrugge as its new brand manager. Hoogerbrugge is no stranger to the company, having started in 2021 in the workshop, then moving to the warranty and aftersales department. He will combine a passion for cycling


and outdoor sports, with a strong understanding of the Oneway business, working with brand partners old and new to further develop and strengthen relationships. As brand manager, Hoogerbrugge will coordinate the brand strategies of these labels within the company. To ensure each brand gets the attention it deserves, he will work closely with the marketing and sales teams as well as the brand partners. A key focus will be on strengthening the connection between the brands and Oneway, both internally and with dealers. Hoogerbrugge has been actively involved in mountain biking since 2015. Building on his outdoor sports


training, he has given mountain biking clinics, including at Outdoor Valley in Bergschenhoek, The Netherlands. Outdoor Valley has been a longstanding


partner of Oneway Bike, and through this collaboration, Hoogerbrugge found his way to the company. 

Sports travel business Destination Sport Experiences has announced the appointment of Sean Igoe as its new head of commercial partnerships, as they continue to expand their presence in the world of cycling and endurance sports. “I am delighted to be working with such great brands as Destination Sport Experiences and Sportive Breaks,” said Igoe.
