Meg Whyte Meg Whyte, Silverfish UK


Silverfish UK has announced the appointment of Meg Whyte as its new demo and events manager. Whyte’s appointment marks a significant step toward achieving this goal, as the company looks to make an even greater impact in 2025 and beyond. Alex Metcalfe, Silverfish UK’s commercial


director, commented:”We’re delighted to welcome Meg to the Silverfish team. “Her hands-on experience in events, brand management, and community engagement aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional experiences for riders and our dealer network. “We’re confident Meg will play a key role in the continued success of our demo programmes, improving in-store presentation and our presence at events across the UK.” Whyte takes extensive experience in


the cycling and outdoor industries, with a proven track record in event management, marketing, and brand representation. In her new role, she will take charge of


Silverfish’s Norco and Yeti Cycles demo fleets, while representing the company’s premium parts and accessory brands at key UK bike events and retail locations. 


Adam Walters Adam Walters, DVO Suspension


DVO Suspension has announced the addition of two new members to its global research and development team, as part of an ongoing drive to innovate and evolve in the performance suspension market.


Adam Walters joins the brand in


the newly-created role of director of suspension technology, Walters takes a wealth of suspension tuning experience to DVO, with a track record of working alongside some of motocross’ most accomplished athletes, including Chase Sexton, James Stewart, Ryan Dungey, Chad Reed, Justin Barcia, and many more. Prior to joining DVO, Walters was the


suspension manager for all of the Pierer Group’s Factory Racing programmes. His extensive experience also includes


serving as head of suspension for the Pro Circuit Kawasaki team. Before that, Walters worked as the


Showa Factory Suzuki tech. Walters joins DVO with a passion for all things two wheels as a mountain bike rider, motorcycle racer, suspension tuner, and project leader. 


Maurizio ‘Tex’ Maciulli


Maurizio ‘Tex’ Maciulli, DVO Suspension


Joining Adam Walters at DVO Suspension is Maurizio ‘Tex’ Maciulli in the brand’s Suspension Engineering department. Maciulli joins DVO with a strong


engineering and data analysis background, having started his career in rally cars before joining the HRC motocross team. Maciulli then worked at Showa as an


engineer and suspension tuner for Ryan Villopoto, Tyla Rattray, and more. Later, he took on the role of suspension engineering lead at the Pierer Group. A passionate rider, Maciulli’s personal


interests lie in enduro and downhill, and he’s even completed the challenging Trans Madeira stage race. Talking about the opportunity to join


DVO, Maciulli commented: “I’m so pumped to work with such an amazing group of people. “From the leadership team, the R&D


team, plus the engineers in Taiwan, and bringing Adam Walters in, all of us are driven by the desire to design, test, build, and ride the best suspension, it’s incredible what we are already accomplishing together.” 
