DICE Summit 2022
The 2022 DICE Summit will be taking place at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and Delano Hotel in Las Vegas, from the 22nd to the 24th of this month. This year’s event promises to gather “the brightest and most creative minds dedicated to exploring approaches to the creative process and artistic expression as they uniquely apply to the development of interactive entertainment.” This year’s Summit is centred around the theme of “Better Together,” an apt one considering the separation of the last 20 months.
Elden Ring
Okay, I lied before. Horizon Forbidden West might be the biggest, triple-A crowd pleaser releasing this month. But the game your most irritating friends are going to be talking to you about for the rest of the year is FromSoftware’s Elden Ring (it’s me, I’m your most annoying friend). The long, long anticipated collaboration between the Dark Souls studio and George RR Martin (of Game of Thrones fame, but the good one, not the TV show) is finally here, and I refuse to write a single word of the March issue because I’ll be too busy with this. Sorry Richie.

Martha is Dead
Coming from developer LKA and published by Wired Productions, Martha is Dead is a first-person psychological thriller set in 1944 Italy against the backdrop of the Second World War. As conflict intensifies between German and Allied forces, Martha’s desecrated body is found drowned, and her sister Giulia is left dealing with her grief and trauma as she uncovers the truth behind Martha’s death.
