In addition, he gained decades of experience in leading positions in the consumer goods industry, namely at Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and Beiersdorf. As former Vice President of the German Brands Association, he has also played a key role in driving forward the topic of sustainable development for the industry. Feld holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen.


NETZSCH announces new management


NETZSCH Pumps & Systems has announced the appointment of Andreas Denker as a further Managing Director of the company with effect from April 1, 2023. After a transition phase with the current CEO Felix Kleinert, Denker will take over the management of the global Pumps & Systems business unit in mid-May 2023. Denker has 20 years of management


experience in internationally positioned technology companies (Airbus, Diehl, Mannesmann and Dürr/Homag). Most recently, he was CEO of the Manaseer Group in Jordan, a conglomerate with


over 10,000 employees operating in the mining, construction, energy and life science sectors. At Manaseer, Mr. Denker transformed the regionally active company into an export-focused group of companies. In his new role, Denker will further


develop the strategy of the Pumps & Systems business unit. The focus here is on ensuring success through the targeted expansion of the global production and sales network, the expansion of the product portfolio and the development  


Mars names Karina Zimerfeld its VP of Research & Development


Mars Food & Nutrition named Karina Zimerfeld as Vice President of the business’ R&D function, reporting to Shaid Shah, President Mars Food & Nutrition. Zimerfeld will serve as a member of the Global Food & Nutrition Leadership Team, and the Mars, Incorporated, Global R&D Leadership Team. In her role Zimerfeld will lead R&D for Mars Food & Nutrition, including overseeing R&D Innovation, Quality and Food Safety, 
