stablished in 2000, the company of Teckru Projects offers systems and solutions for the cocoa processing industry. It which is specialised in all related spare parts. The systems
involved can vary in several ways: Brand new, modern machines of their own design, or upgrades to existing systems of other well-known brands. All these ranging from cocoa bean intake rising interest and activity in employing cocoa-technology for the processing of nuts and oilseeds. Resulting in some interesting and successful new applications, for an ever-changing market. As for cocoa butter pressing, there have been some interesting
developments in the past few years. Earlier, Teckru solely offered its T16P-A model, which was the culmination of many decades of cocoa pressing insights. The press was matched with the the meantime Teckru Projects worked on the design of its next press, the T20P-A model. As the name suggests it increased the
amount of pots from 16 to 20, but this is only half the story. To make this T20P-A a strong and reliable performer, several deliberate changes were incorporated in its design. From the outset the core of this press was developed for the increased amount of pots. Other changes increased the pressing speed per pot. Safety remained ensured, whilst durability and ease Besides new presses, improvements were made in the area of
upgrading and overhauling existing presses. Notable are several successful streamlining and standardisation efforts. In addition, auxiliary equipment, such as cake conveyors, preparation tanks and mixers, controls, etc. Everything a customer may require. Teckru will, of course, be present on the coming Interpack.
