GSR: cocoa presses that bear witness to Italian quality around the world
GSR is one of the leading companies in Europe and in the world operating in the sector, which, since 1992, has been producing in Northern Italy machinery and accessories for cocoa presses for major world markets
“
Knowing how to build to perfection”: this is how Luigi Turla, founder and president of GSR, describes the goal of his company, one of the world’s leading players in the
production of machinery and accessories for cocoa pressing. Founded in 1992 in the heart of the Northern Italian production area, on the shores of Lake Como, GSR today boasts global distribution of its products and makes its Italian origins one of its greatest strengths. The road ahead was immediately clear: “to guarantee a
technological and innovative response, adapted to each reality on the market, to review the construction standards required each customer with continuous and precise assistance. These were the goals we set ourselves”. Those initial intentions have now turned into a company that
offers a diverse range of cocoa presses, as well as engineering, consultancy and assistance services. A company recognized in the market for continuity, reliability and process agility, always at the service of customers. A family-owned business, attentive to the market needs
“A family-owned business,
attentive to the market needs and alongside companies that have chosen it”
and alongside companies that have chosen it. “What I am most proud of” continues Turla, “is having
been able to make the production excellence of Northern Italy known to the world and having honored the “Made in Italy” quality. Not only are our presses recognized for their for their aesthetic quality: design and innate Italian skills have made our presses ‘beautiful’, compact, with excellent ergonomics. GSR’s product portfolio includes all machinery used
in the pressing process of cocoa or other products from which fats or oils are extracted: lines for large productions, compact lines customized according to the needs of small or medium-sized producers, and lines for artisan or laboratory sector. In addition, the company offers a revamping and upgrade service to re-start and adapt lines and machines considered obsolete. Turla’s balance, looking back to these thirty years of
activity, is brief but heartfelt: “I belong to the ranks of people who have managed to make their dream come true, by pursuing the path of will, commitment and dedication. Passion has fuelled my actions”.
