26 A smarter Christmas!


SMART is a premier SDA manufacturer that combines leading technology, design and value for money in all its products. Dr Sam Attia, the company’s Chairman and CEO, tells Jack Cheeseman all about the latest kitchen gadgets for the Christmas trading period!

that 2021 will have a difficult festive period as the high street is trying to re-adjust,” he continues. “However, we were totally taken by surprise with the demand for SMART unique Retro and Modern lines alike. “We pride ourselves of three distinct


foundations at SMART; firstly, only high quality products to be produced for the UK and our international clients, secondly, best certifications and fair pricing, and thirdly, total service dedication and support for all our clients and


distributors. We do not do cheap because we just do not believe in its value to both end consumers and all our retail and wholesale clients. Working within a competitive industry, Dr Attia


says he feels it is important that the company employs certain techniques which help it stay ahead of emerging trends and developments. He says the company is always coming up with innovative ideas, and it aims to release new products regularly in order to constantly stay ahead of the market. He goes on: “Research and development is vital


for us. New ideas, such as our Tunnel Toasters and Breakfast Masters, are just two examples of what we are producing each year that are all year- round pragmatic, clever and cool appliances to have at home. We produce at least two new items per season.”
