To achieve this recognition, BSH underwent a
comprehensive analysis of its Human Resources management and employee conditions. The company also participated in the Best Practice Survey, as part of the evaluation process, where a variety of areas were examined including Learning and Development, Career and Succession Management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. AMDEA launches new Associate Member Group
AMDEA launched its new Associate Membership Group (AMG) with an inaugural meeting of The new Associate Membership Group formalises
AMDEA’s regular engagement with the wider industry, allowing AMDEA to bring companies involved in the provision of training, insurance and warranty schemes, servicing, repair, recovery, refurbishment, reuse, recycling, and end of life disposal under the membership umbrella.

Leadership change as CEO steps down

The company said the leadership change follows a structured succession plan aimed at ensuring continuity as it builds on its position in the global major domestic appliance market. Mr Dinçer brings more than 30 years’ experience across Türkiye, Europe, the Americas roles within Arçelik’s international operations. He has been closely involved in strengthening the group’s domestic market position while driving commercial growth and maintaining performance across the South Asia region. expanded its global footprint through acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, including Singer in Bangladesh, Dawlance in Pakistan, Voltas Beko in India and Arçelik-Hitachi and the integration of Whirlpool’s MENA operations further strengthened the company’s scale and regional presence. Sustainability also became more deeply embedded in the business during this period, with climate targets aligned to international frameworks and operational efficiencies introduced across manufacturing. Mr Bulgurlu consistently positioned environmental responsibility as complementary to long-term commercial performance.
The transition signals the next phase for Beko as it looks to maintain momentum in a competitive and evolving global appliances market.
