DESIGN SERVICES Belvac’s Integration Solutions are supported by Container Engineering Services (CES), enabling the design, testing, and creation of distinguished products tailored to customer’s specifications. Additionally, these services support downgauging for existing can designs, coupling this with Belvac’s tooling design and manufacturing capabilities results in a comprehensive suite of solutions. With Belvac’s fully operational on-site can making pilot line, market samples can be produced and rigorously tested, ensuring superior container performance.

ARC Pacific has distinguished itself in the industry through innovative Oven and Washing technologies with distinctive manufacturing capabilities and energy- efficient platforms aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and mitigating pollutants. Expanding on the industry leading necking
technology, Belvac introduced its latest model of Necker, the Servo Belvac Necker. Continuously operating up to 3,600cpm, it utilises advanced servo motor control, allowing for every turret to be rotationally independent. The Servo Belvac Necker uses up to 15% less electrical consumption compared to the standard motor and gearbox configuration on a traditional Necker. The independent turret rotation is ideal for quickly

resolving can jam situations, facilitating faster resetting and synchronization, which in turn increases efficiency. Belvac also enhanced the capabilities of the Bottle Can Manufacturing System to produce an integrated Carrier Ring on aluminum D&I bottles. By employing the same transport system as PET bottles, Belvac’s Carrier Ring Bottle enables brands to run PET or aluminum D&I Bottles on existing bottling lines. This initiative aims to offer brands an eco-friendly, cost- effective packaging alternative as a direct replacement for PET bottles while also allowing canmakers to diversify their manufacturing capabilities and compete with other resealable platforms. Developing a comprehensive Kits and
Upgrades program for Rutherford-style Decorators, Belvac has targeted critical assemblies aiming to help customers reduce machine downtime, spoilage, and energy consumption while optimising print results. Key assemblies include the Infeed, Spindle Disk, Vacuum and Air Drum, Printing Sleeves, Over Varnish Unit, and the Transfer Disk, enhancing the longevity and efficiency of your Decorator. Belvac also offers an Inker Rebuild program to the Brazilian market and provides inker rebuild and maintenance kits to the broader global market.
