1.Baxi pumps it up
Baxi has introduced a new Baxi Assure Air Source Heat Pump range for housebuilders and developers, as demand for low carbon heating technologies grows - in line with the 2025 Future Homes Standard. The newly unveiled Baxi Assure HP50 monobloc ASHP range offers UK winter heating capacities ranging between 4kW and 13kW, it is designed specifically for use with the Baxi Assure ASHP Cylinder for excellent hot water performance.
Baxi also offers an in-house design service for housebuilders and developers looking to introduce the Baxi Assure range of products into their projects, providing added support and ensuring correct specification. Training courses are available at Baxi facilities across the UK.

2. Knightsbridge’s four finishes Knightsbridge launches four new finishes for its range of 45W USB charging solutions in its popular screwless format. The sockets offer up to 45W Power Delivery over a USB-C port and 18W Quick Charge over a USB-A port. Knightsbridge also offers 60W A-C and C-C cables, as well as a 100W certified USB-PD C-C cables so that devices can maximise the power outputs available. The 45W USB wall charger range has three 50mm x 50mm Euro modules, in white, grey, and black. All designs are available with dual earths for high integrity earthing, angled top-down terminals for quick installation, and are designed to accommodate 25-35mm back boxes.

Clearwater Products has introduced a new range of sinks with a PVD coating, for a durable, hygienic finish in modern kitchens. They are available in black, brass or copper, the new Volta PVD sinks can be undermounted or inset, making this a versatile option for any setting. The bowls have 5mm radius corners and pressed draining lines.
The sinks are Dura Brushed, creating a unique random brushed effect that provides a rich patina to disguise scratches and prolonging the original look of the material. The Volta Black has been treated with Nano technology to achieve a smooth surface which is not only dirt repellent but is also hygienic. The sleek Volta PVD sinks are fabricated in 1.0 steel and feature SilentCote for increased robustness and hushed tones. The 1.5 bowl model also has a slim bowl divider.

5. HMG relaunches Ferrozinc 4 4. Beko perfects fan offer
Beko’s AeroPerfect range of built-in ovens has improved the familiar fan oven, creating the ultimate easy-to-use appliance to enhance any kitchen design and add value to homes on any new build development. The technology includes; allowing a constant stream of airflow to be created within the oven, minimising temperature fluctuations to ensure food cooks quickly and evenly.

HMG Paints has relaunched Ferrozinc, its water-based rust converter in a new 250ml size. Users only need to remove loose debris and poorly adhered surface rust, followed by a degreasing step to eliminate any
contamination that may interfere with the chemical reaction. Afterward, a thin coat of Ferrozinc is applied to the rusted area, and within 30 minutes, the surface transforms into a black/navy colour, indicating the successful rust conversion. Any excess product can be easily wiped off, and after just +3 hours, the treated surface is ready to be overcoated with the user’s preferred coating system. 6. Latham adds Shinnoki 4.0
James Latham is offering the Shinnoki 4.0, Decospan’s new range of pre-finished real wood veneered panels. It comprises 18 different styles, within six distinctive collections. It includes the subtle, lighter-coloured “Washed Stone” and “Pure Natural” through to the darker-hued “Sultry Browns” and “Luscious Blacks”. Manufactured with a real wood veneer, it is bonded to a 100% sustainable MDF core, every Shinnoki panel is treated with Decospan’s signature six-layer varnishing technique and the addition of a subtle, super matt coating and deep brushing also makes the material soft to the touch whilst enhancing the texture
of each grain. Panels are 2790 x 1240 x 19mm and it is suitable for a wide variety of consumer and commercial applications, now including horizontal use, it can be specified for walls and ceilings as well as furniture, from kitchen cabinetry to standalone pieces.
