PEOPLE 10 MINUTES WITH:

What is your current role and what is Stockgap? We are a distributor for merchants based in the Southeast. We have been in business for nearly 50 years, servicing over 1500 merchant branches. We work closely with manufacturers to ‘break bulk’ and make ordering easier for our merchant customers. I am the managing director.

What does the new branding mean for Stockgap?

Although our vision and values remain the same, our goal was to revitalise our brand and create a more modern look and feel. The previous brand had been in place for many years and perhaps a little outdated. The new branding portrays exactly what we are good at and what we have built 50 years of business on - Quality service with quality products.

What is meant by ‘Putting Merchants First’?

Our loyalty is to merchants only. Although we interact with builders/contractors, every single order is sold back through merchants.

What is so good about Stockgap? We are simple to deal with. No minimum order
