1. Blanco evolves tap design
BLANCO UK has launched the EVOL-S Volume smart tap, with an integrated measuring function with a precise rotary control to give users the exact amount of water they need. The specific volume is set with the scaling wheel while the measured amount is delivered via the intuitive touch sensor system. The standard mixer tap functions of temperature and flow are controlled by the lever on the opposite side – the EVOL-S is available handed left or right.
Available in Chrome and Stainless Steel UltraResist finishes, the two-in- one design features a pull-out spray, a 180 degree swivelling spout and the innovative dial gives users the option of predefining the volume of cold water – from 100ml to 5 litres. A blue LED light lets the user know that the volume function is ready to use and, whilst in use, the light flashes.

3. P C Henderson slides forward P C Henderson introduced additions to its range of Rustic sliding barn door hardware – including a new top mounted version and an ‘antique rust effect’ finish. The new Rustic Soft Stop system catches the door in its final moments of travel and pulls it gently into its final position, preventing slamming and adding to the overall longevity of the product. The system caters for interior wooden doors weighing up to 80kg and is available in 2000mm and 3000mm track lengths. 1 2. Bond It launches monster glue range
Bond It has launched a new range of DIY Superglue products in its Glue Monster Range. Complimenting the already established PU and Wood Glues, the company is now offering four cyanoacrylate products in handy DIY sizes for quick repair jobs.
All Purpose Adhesive is a quick drying adhesive with exceptional bond strength. Contact Adhesive is quick drying, very strong and water resistant. Monster Mix, a general purpose 2 part epoxy adhesive and encapsulent forms a high strength bond or coating in five minutes. The traditional Superglue will rapidly bond almost anything. 4 4. Dunlop gets the grout right
Dunlop GX-500 is ideal for virtually any wall or floor installation, versatility removes the need for different grouts within a single installation: as Dunlop GX-500 suits both the floors and the walls. Its superfine formulation, giving a finish of striking smoothness, enables use with gaps as narrow as 1 mm. Its strength and flexibility, however, allows grouting of gaps as wide as 15 mm, with no slumping, shrinking and cracking. Plus it is abrasion resistant and durable, great qualities for use as a floor grout.
Dunlop GX-500 is available in eight colours – Polar White, Jasmine Cream, Harvest Beige, Sahara Sand, Conker Brown, Mist Grey, Graphite Grey and Liquorice Black – plus colour-matched Dunlop FX-90 Silicone Sealant. It dries in two to three hours. 01782 591 120
