Maximising Margin
We all know that it is all to east to go straight to discounting to get the business, but would you get it anyway? Many staff are not fully aware of the implications of discounting. Margin erosion is a key issue affecting the bottom line and how to deal effectively with customers expecting a discount is a key skill.

New Supplier & Service Member Engagement Executive
With David Dealtry having now moved on from the BMF to a role with one of our members’ we welcome Conor Bursnell as Engagement Executive - Supplier & Service who joined us in February.
