T-Rex is back and it’s… Green SOUDAL has unveiled the new T-Rex 80% Recycled Green Grab Adhesive, the first of its kind on the market. The formulation is based on recycled raw materials, packaged inside a cartridge made from post-consumer recycled plastic and manufactured using renewable solar and wind energy. Supplied in a cartridge made from 80% recycled plastic, the high-performance solvent free grab adhesive is made from 82% recycled raw materials, of which 35% is bio-based. The heavy-duty construction adhesive reduces its impact on the environment, without any compromise on product performance or usability. The powerful initial grab properties of the adhesive will support loads of 250kg/m², perfect for bonding heavy materials The new 80% Recycled T-Rex Green Grab Adhesive is one of many sustainable innovations introduced in recent years, as part of Soudal’s commitment to building a more sustainable future. Driven by the will to continuously improve and to provide better, more environmentally friendly solutions for its customers, Soudal is leading the way in product innovation. Available in a 300ml packaging format, it will be supported by a range of recyclable Point of Sale material for distributers to display the product in-branch.

Walsall Wheelbarrows: heavy-duty barrow rises New for 2023 and launched at the NBG conference, The Walsall Wheelbarrow Company Ltd unveiled their new flagship wheelbarrow the Phoenix, a HDPE 120 litre heavy-duty wheelbarrow. Designed and manufactured in their factory in the West Midlands, The Phoenix is a super heavy duty wheelbarrow targeted at builders, contractors and landscapers looking for a durable and cost effective wheelbarrow for work in the most arduous conditions. The 120-litre HDPE pan offers high impact resistance, and the reinforced all-welded frame is zinc-plated for additional protection and durability. Fitted with a wide profile deep tread heavy-duty pneumatic wheel for improved handling, the 120 litre body comes with a one year warranty. “As the only British manufacturer of wheelbarrows we are proud to launch The Phoenix to the NBG partners, the feedback has been extremely positive, the barrow offers a fantastic opportunity for all our customers,” says Richard Baker, National Sales Manager at Walsall Wheelbarrow. The Phoenix wheelbarrow is available to order from the 16th of January 2023 with deliveries commencing from the 23rd January.

Once taped and sealed SuperQuilt Lite works as a vapour control layer, stopping the passage of moisture and reducing the risk of condensation.
