Partners were treated to a sneak preview of a number of new launches during the Supplier Summit at the National Buying Group Conference and Exhibition.
Artificial Grass: Single polymer, 100% circular Fully circular, single polymer, single “DNA” artificial grass from EVERGREENS UK is made from just one raw material, and a significantly lower carbon footprint, using less energy in production and is fully recyclable at ‘end of life’. A single polymer means a single recycling method at a single recycling facility, using less energy. The unique formulation means clean single DNA lawns can be recycled at local facilities and reused as high-value artificial grass or similar value products, time and again. Any cut waste from the new installation can go straight back to the manufacturer to be recycled and reused afresh. Brett Landscaping: AggTech first The high-performance Invicta range from BRETT LANDSCAPING is the first block paving product to use the new AggTech surface technology developed by the company. Each paving block has a specially formulated surface layer, creating a hard-wearing block with a durable but vibrant finish which shimmers in different lights. Through this new AggTech process unique natural aggregates are used on the surface of each paving block to create a stunning durable finish. The Invicta range comes in four colours: Pearl, Moonstone, Onyx and Citrine, and are all complementary so different shades can be laid to meet a bespoke design brief. The block paving will be available in five single size packs using 800mm thick blocks, with sizes including 600x200mm; 300x200mm; 300x100mm; 200x200mm; 200x100mm. There is also an Invicta Trio pack which is made up of three different block sizes in 60mm thickness: 105x140mm; 140x140mm; 210x140The hard-wearing, high performance paving just as suitable for high foot traffic in a public realm project, using the 80mm blocks, as it is for a domestic setting using the 60mm blocks.
