The sun is showing its face, the daffodils are in full bloom, and the UK is dusting off its garden furniture (probably prematurely) and starting to think seriously about outdoor entertaining. This issue we take a look at outdoor cooking - those with a hankering to cook in the open air have increasingly varied options, from gas BBQs with enough bells and whistles to rival an indoor range, to wood-fired pizza ovens that can turn out a perfect meal in minutes. On page 23, we take a look at what consumers want from their outdoor cooking set up. Moving back inside, I spoke to another Bryony


(Dyer, of Dexam) to get her take on what 2022 will bring for cookware. “In 2022, consumers are actively seeking cookware with properties
