AMBIENTE 2026: PREVIEW
ongoing demand for durable, thoughtfully engineered home appliances that balance form and function. The brand continues to see consumer behaviour shift towards fewer, better products, and its Ambiente showcase underlines a long-term commitment to design-forward solutions that stand the test of time. Buyers and visitors will be
able to interact with the full Aarke range hands-on, including testing sparkling water and coffee, offering a real-world sense of how the products look, feel and perform.
Smart solutions
DK Household Brands will arrive at Ambiente with a broad and trend- driven showcase spanning its portfolio of premium kitchenware brands, including AdHoc, Zyliss, Cole & Mason, Swissmar and Culinare. This year’s stand places a strong emphasis on natural materials, smart functionality and space-saving innovation, reflecting how consumers are increasingly seeking products that combine beauty with everyday practicality.
Cole & Mason takes
centre stage with several key launches, most notably the new Portobello Olive Wood Collection. Inspired by warm summer evenings and Mediterranean-style alfresco dining, the range taps directly into one of the biggest homewares trends forecast for 2026: natural materials, organic textures and a sense of warmth. Crafted from Italian olive wood, each piece celebrates the rich golden tones and distinctive grain of the material, brought to life through skilled craftsmanship to create a timeless collection suited to both kitchen and dining settings. Functionality and innovation remain core to the Cole & Mason
offering, with the introduction of the Shadwell Spice Storage Collection. Designed to address modern storage challenges, the range offers compact, flexible solutions for countertops, walls and inside drawers. Uniquely within the herb and spice category, the modular system can be paired and customised to suit different kitchen layouts and personal
preferences, enabling consumers to create a cohesive, organised and clutter-free space that is as practical as it is visually appealing. The brand is also expanding its award-winning Derwent range with new electronic, USB-rechargeable salt and pepper mills, combining contemporary design, one-touch operation and Precision+ grinding technology for effortless seasoning. Echoing trend colours for 2026, Cole & Mason’s award-winning Kenton Mill Collection is also expanding with three new shades. Following its success in 2025, the range will welcome Cinnamon, Himalayan Salt and Persian Blue Salt colourways, offering retailers fresh, warm and sophisticated options for the year ahead. Culinare continues to build on its reputation for easy-to-use, multi- purpose and space-saving kitchen essentials. New additions include a durable chopping board set that combines three functions in one clever design, featuring a built-in strainer and integrated grater, alongside a compact juicer-and-grater duo that streamlines citrus preparation. A new salad spinner, complete with an ergonomic handle and brake button, completes the line-up, reinforcing the brand’s focus on maximum performance with minimal space requirements. Zyliss will be using Ambiente to showcase a number of innovations designed to elevate everyday cooking through clever Swiss engineering. The brand is expanding deeper into Swiss food culture with a stronger focus on cheese-related products, from fondue and raclette solutions to cheese boards and knives, positioning Zyliss as a year-round destination for shared cheese experiences. New product highlights include the next generation Susi 4 garlic press, featuring a 30 per cent enlarged chamber, no need to peel cloves, and a stainless steel swing grid that automatically swivels out for effortless cleaning. Also debuting is a new three-piece Y Peeler Set, made in Switzerland and comprising straight, serrated and julienne blades in a compact, stackable design. Across the stand, DK Household Brands will highlight major trends shaping the kitchenware market, including the rise of natural materials, smart storage, sustainable material innovation and a growing consumer preference for quality over quantity. Zyliss, in particular, will spotlight reduced-plastic solutions such as wheat-straw based polymers, high- efficiency mechanics designed to reduce effort and fatigue, and a user-centred minimalist aesthetic in its signature Beluga Grey palette. Mindful home cooking also plays a key role, with ergonomics and tactile comfort designed to enhance wellbeing in everyday tasks. Sustainability underpins much of the offering on display. Cole &
Mason’s olive wood is sourced from pruned or unproductive trees rather than forested areas, while all products are packaged plastic-free and supported by a lifetime mechanism guarantee. Zyliss will highlight its use of renewable composites, durable metals and long-lasting coatings, alongside recyclable packaging and design choices aimed at reducing waste and environmental impact. Retailers are invited to explore the full breadth of launches and
innovations at Hall 9.0, Stand C20, making it a must-visit destination for those planning ranges for 2026 and beyond.
