Where is there new business potential? and What are the industry's coming trend themes? will be answered at euvend & coffeena 2019 to be held from May 9 to 11 in Cologne. This year the motto of the "Visions of Vending" expert forum –


held on May 10 – is "The Future of Vending". Birgit Gebhardt, trend expert and author of the book "2037 - our everyday routine in the future": New work as a new market - how the new work culture of the vending industry gains new territory. exchanges and new rituals are changing the office landscape - and with it the spectrum of offers of the vending industry are also changing. The New Work expert, Birgit Gebhardt, outlines new concepts, plans and facilities for making work easier and for the provision of the digital nomads. Koelnmesse and the German Vending Association (BDV) to promote the development of innovative ideas in the vending industry. The "Vending Star" honours services that guarantee


sustainable optimisation on the vending market. For the best chance of winning, solutions need to fulfill functional demands and distinguish themselves from existing technical devices, tools, concepts or products as a result of their high degree of innovation. Four winners will be chosen in the following four areas: • Technical devices (vending machines, payment systems, peripheral equipment supporting the vending machines or the payment function of vending machines)


• Aids for the optimisation of the operation of vending machines (e.g. data read-out Devices, means of transport, IT solutions, promotional materials, housings, vending machine- compatible beverage containers, means for optimising the filling and cleaning processes of vending machines)


• Concept (novel vending ideas) • Innovative vending filling product (for issuing or preparing product suitable for vending machines)


An independent jury consisting of international experts will


choose the winners who will be announced on May 10, 2019 at the Flora conference centre in Cologne.
