It plays a vital role in supporting the charity’s objectives and driving meaningful change within the industry. The EP Board meets four times a year to discuss and plan initiatives and members also have the opportunity to attend an annual Trustee meeting. During these meetings, members can present and advocate for key initiatives they believe the charity should undertake for the coming year. As an EP Board member, you will take part


in discussions on the management and strategy side of charitable


work, while also influencing projects that align with the charity’s goals. It’s an incredible opportunity to develop leadership skills, all while helping to make a real difference within the industry.
