aids – which is why so much effort goes into the design of Timeguard’s products. Installers get to choose a sleek, slimline
driverless LEDPRO floodlight, and add the control of their choice with integrated PIR, PIR+RF or photocell switching. They can easily loop out to more floodlights for use as slave lights – and their customer is then good to go. Prismatic lenses and tough, rust-proof
polycarbonate reflector plates do away with the need for ugly front ‘windows’. The unusual all- white models, with white casing and matching white reflector plates will hardly be seen when mounted on a white soffit board. Of course, if you/they’ve already installed
NIGHTeye PRO LED lighting, it’s a quick and easy job to go back to the homeowner and replace the PIR module with the new RF-capable model to offer extra control. Additionally, with multiple key-fob operation, outdoor (or indoor) lighting can be controlled from light switches both inside and outside the home/building without mains power and from hand held key-fobs as well. Rest assured, the Timeguard-quality floodlights won’t need replacing – they’ll still be in great condition!

www.Timeguard.com Why RF?
There are two main types of remote controls – IR (Infrared) and RF (Radio Frequency). IR remotes must be pointed directly at the devices you are trying to control; have a range of about 30 feet, and are often used for TVs or appliances in the same room. RF remotes, of course, can be used even if you’re in a different room from the device you are trying to control – as its signal can penetrate walls and flooring. RF also features longer range switching and Timeguard LEDPRO RF uses RF technology.
Cover Story
Real lateral thinking: plug and play means easy installation with NightEye Pro from Timeguard.
Incognito: you will hardly see this against a white soffit background – even the reflector plates are pure white.
