• The ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients • Good product knowledge

Our client, a well-established Lighting Group is seeking an experienced professional to manage the technical team in CAD design, technical support, commissioning and after sales. As an experienced lighting technical manager you will support the teams activity in all aspects of customer and inhouse technical queries and issues including: CAD drawings, product and scheme designs; tender documents and quotations; aftersales; remedial and warranty support; commissioning management and support. You will have responsibility for all technical aspects within the Company including health & safety, technical data and product files, resolving on site issues and generating reports on any technical matters.

You will be selling the concept of lighting spaces with innovative solutions (often custom made) to architects, designers, M&E consultants, interior designers, end users, property developers and contractors within the Capital – supporting this with CPD seminars and full design/technical back up. With applications ranging from commercial to high end residential you should be comfortable dealing direct with London’s higher echelons and providing a fully bespoke professional service.

You will be promoting and selling their products for projects in verticals such as Commercial Offices, Hospitality, Industrial, High End Residential & Health, with strong support from a recently expanded internal team.
