Project Sales Manager – Commercial Lighting £35,000 - £50,000 basic + bonus + car allowance + benefits Our client, a leading worldwide LED brand, specialising in commercial lighting is seeking an experienced project sales engineer for Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. You will be selling a quality range of lighting products to contractors and consultants throughout the sales region, building relationships, building the project pipeline of business whilst looking for any shorter term opportunities as well. You should have good territory management skills, a PTR in commercial lighting and good contacts with contractors and consultants in the South East area.


Junior Lighting Sales Engineer – London £20,000 - £25,000 basic + bonus, pension, health scheme


A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Manufacturer of high quality lighting solutions. You will be part of the sales team assisting the senior sales engineers to secure orders and manage project specifics. For up to 2 years you will be fully trained within all aspects of the industry. Based from the London office you will be supporting the salesforce, getting involved in quotations and orders, taking samples to architects and consultants, being trained on dialux (lighting design software). You will be given some accounts to nurture and develop with the ultimate goal to be fully trained up to be a lighting sales engineer working in London within your own account base. As a Junior Sales Engineer you will be selling the Companies various brands of high quality lighting to Architects, Lighting Designers and Electrical Consultants. The role is a great opportunity to learn within the industry and has defined career development plan in place for the right candidate wanting to pursue a career in sales.


The ideal candidate will ideally hold a degree and have 1-2 years of commercial experience. You will need to be a highly motivated, a self-starter with a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as enthusiasm and energy.


The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson used to selling and negotiating with a distributor network, forging relationships and building up an excellent rapport. You should have a proven track record in selling to and motivating electrical wholesalers, negotiating with contractors and managing a sales territory on a profitable basis. You will be selling a quality range of architectural luminaires and offering innovative interior/exterior solutions to interior designers, architects, lighting designers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson used to selling into this market sector. You should be a dynamic, lateral thinker, able to build relationships, offer solutions and manage numerous projects through to completion.


LED Area Sales Managers - London, Midlands and Northwest £30,000 - £35,000 basic + uncapped commission + company car/allowance + benefits Our client provides a portfolio of LED lamps, floodlights, high bays, panels & tubes that are at the cutting edge of lighting technology and are widely industry approved.
