– here from the beginning and aiming for the stars!

Since launching its first, and debatably ‘THE FIRST’LED product to the wholesale market in 2004, One Electrical has continued this trend as an innovator and market leader in the arena, with no signs of slowing up.

O

ne Electrical’s Commercial Director, Rob Chadwick, says: “For the past 10 years we have been heavily focused on product innovation. Without innovation and intellectual property you will easily get lost in this crowded LED market.”

With its CORE STOCKIST items central to its sales philosophy, it is claimed that each member of the team can advise why the One Electrical product is superior to what else is available on the market. “We are proud of what we do and what we sell,” says Director, Gerard Hall. “To be a recognised brand in a crowded market place is testament to our hard work and dedication to being a market leader in the LED Lighting space.”

With distinctive key features and benefits to the product range and customer service, it is easy to see why One Electrical is becoming known as market leading. For Example;

26W Panels (135lm/watt) vs Industry standard 40w 90lm/watt High/Low Bays 140lm/watt vs industry standard 90-100lm/watt NCFs & Battens at over 110lm/watt vs industry standard 80-90lm/watt

And then there are those where it is hard to find even a comparison... ●Plug & Play Floodlight Series Vs ? ●PEND-LED Vs ? ●LED Frame Light Vs ?

Working closely with the LIA, and having invested heavily in their own state of the art photometric testing equipment, the claims can be seen first hand!

“This technology-leading piece of kit allows for invaluable information to be given first hand not only to our in-house designers, of which the team now comprises four persons of competence and LIA qualification, in the form of an.ies or .ldt file, but also for our customers, specifiers and consultants who need to be sure they are getting exactly what it says on the tin!” says Darren Cavanagh, leading lighting engineer.

Having secured projects (and specification) this quarter alone for the likes of Mercedes, Porsche, Pinewood Studios, Welcome Break and numerous large city centre high rise projects, it is reported that each and every project needed some form of data sheet produced by the state of the art machine. “Whether it be a project requiring an extraordinary beam angle, specific colour temp, or CRI, then it is provided in black and white for the consultant.“

“It’s also very important that end users realise that some claims of wattage in the industry can be misleading – for example, a 36w panel. Does it actually pull 36w, 40w, or even 45w when taking into consideration the driver, etc? These critical (and basic) errors can mean that a payback calculation can be completely inaccurate! And I don’t think it will be long until people are held to the claims they make,” Darren continues.
