computing to create unique products that make the HMIs seamless, enjoyable, and efficient.
The display solutions side of our business creates bespoke displays that meet demanding engineering requirements across a wide range of global market sectors– from high-end optical performance for medical devices to highly precise test and measurement displays for broadcast applications and we are proud that many of our customers have been with us for more than a decade.
2. What technology do you use and are any of your devices patented? Are they IoT enabled, cloud-based or in any way connected to the idea of Industry 4.0?
The concept of Industry 4.0 is not new or foreign to us. In many ways, existing display technology and its rapid evolution

is moving at such a pace that is difficult to quantify. Strategically we do know that in whatever shape or form Industry 4.0 manifests itself, vision and interaction will always be key components of it. However, we are in no way suggesting that this is only for the sighted. Quite the contrary. The advent of haptics, mimicking the sense of touch, coupled with displays will change human interaction for the better, for everyone, often in ways none of us could have anticipated.
3. Are your products made in Britain? Do you outsource any parts of your business? Will Brexit have an impact on your success? What do you consider to be the emerging markets?
We have offices in Asia, Europe and North America, and experienced application engineers strategically
positioned all over the world. We believe providing local access and expertise is vital to ensure that our innovations are underpinned by a thorough local knowledge and understanding of regional cultural norms. We have in- house teams in all locations that are dedicated to product inspection and custom engineering. Although primarily manufactured abroad, all of our products undergo rigorous and exacting quality testing in product development; are REACH and ROHS certified; and are manufactured in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2015 quality standard. Brexit will have an impact on every business, but like many others, we’re not yet sure to what extent. That said, also like many others, we have prepared, and we have continuity for what we’re best at. The markets, politicians and bureaucrats will look after themselves. However, in terms of the display market per se, and electronics overall,
