Innovation in Power Electronics

Latest components from TT Electronics plc

TT Electronics continue to expand their range of components for power-electronics with the new HA74 Low-profile surface-mount inductor. The HA74 is mechanically robust, offers a higher inductance value and higher saturation current capability. The lower DC resistance offers a lower temperature rise performance.

HA74 Low-profile surface-mount inductor • 5.5mm2

miniature power inductor

• AEC-Q200 qualified, targeted at high-reliability applications

• Mechanically robust design, rated for -55o to 155o

C operation

• Inductance up to 33µH, high saturation currents, low DCR LRMAP series of low-resistance, high-power shunt resistors

• Stable, accurate measurement of AC and DC current up to 200A

• Power ratings up to 10W on standard FR4 • 15W on DBC or IMS materials • AEC-Q200 qualification

C WDBR-UL thick-film on steel power resistors

• UL recognised: creepage, clearance & power ratings in accordance with UL508 (UL file E238661)

• Ultra-low profile <2mm thickness

• High rated/overload power 1.4kW/12kW

• Isolation to 2.5kV

Markets: Aerospace, automotive, transportation, rail, industrial Applications:

DC-DC converters, inverters, BMS, dynamic braking & load-dump/discharge
