he deadline for entries and nominations for the Electronics Industry Awards is fast approaching, and electronic components businesses and professionals are being encouraged to enter online today to be in with a chance of winning one of the industry’s most coveted accolades.
Now in its sixth year, the Electronics Industry Awards celebrates the very best professionals, products and projects in the electronics sector.
An industry vote is the sole determining factor in deciding the winners, ensuring a truly non-biased process. Its trophies therefore represent an independent stamp of approval and can open doors for new business opportunities.
Simple to enter
Entering is quick, easy and completely free of charge. You have until 30th April to enter via the Electronics Industry Awards website, where you can also find more information on the event:

will proceed to the decision-making stage, subject to meeting the necessary criteria. A shortlist of five per category will be announced once the voting has taken place. The decisions will be made using an online industry voting process for all categories.

The Electronics Industry Awards features a comprehensive list of Product, Business and Individual categories that are designed to reflect and reward the very best from all corners of the sector.
Each issue, we have been focusing on five categories to set out what makes an award-winning entry. This month we look at the following:
BUSINESS AWARDS Academic Support Award PRODUCT AWARDS
Test, Measurement & Inspection Product of the Year This accolade recognises a test, measurement and inspection product that has made a significant impact on the market. This product should demonstrate exceptional performance and innovation.
This award acknowledges a company that works with young people in education to help them begin a career in the electronics sphere.
Most Outstanding PR Agency
This trophy will be given to a PR agency that has gone above and beyond to help its clients gain exposure within the electronics industry.
Best Customer Service
This award recognises a company that provides unrivalled service and goes above and beyond for its customers.
Electronics Manufacturer of the Year This accolade will be presented to a manufacturer who has achieved business success within the electronics industry. Highlights can include – but are not limited to – collaborations, partnerships, investments, new products and innovation.
