FOOTWEAR TODAY LIVE 2024! BACK TO BIRMINGHAM:

Over 150 brands will be exhibiting at the Footwear Today Live show in August! It’s shaping up to be another huge event – one you simply cannot miss!

F

ootwear Today Live returns to the National Conference Centre (NCC) in Birmingham for 2024’s second edition! The Summer show takes place on Monday 12

and Tuesday 13 August and once again we will welcome a whole host of footwear suppliers and retailers for another successful buying event! The two-day show will see more than 150 brands come together to network and liaise with footwear retailers from all across the UK. The NCC Birmingham is centrally situated

just off the M42 with excellent transport links for the North and South. Parking and access is straightforward and convenient for both exhibitors and visitors, with a free shuttle service between the show and Birmingham International Train Station and Airport.

¡ The full exhibitor list can be found at www.footwearstockrooms.co.uk

Partner of the show:

Pikolinos is exhibiting at the August show; an abundance of new designs, materials and on trend colouring awaits! Russell Galliven, the UK Agent, says:

“Although it’s been a challenging SS24 season due to inclement weather I expect to again see a good turnout at the show with a strong appetite for newness within the collections.”

In addition, Galliven Agencies will be launching its new SS25 collection for Martinelli (a Pikolinos sub brand) at the show. Martinelli (pictured) already boasts a very enviable European account base with premium contemporary leather footwear on offer for both women and men.

Lotus is returning to Footwear Today Live with its show-stopping offer for SS25! Taking the shoe collection up a notch is the plethora of casual styles that have been added to the range to give retailers more choice throughout the transitional period. These styles embrace 24/7 styling and focus on being less weather dependent. Sitting alongside these are a wealth of heeled

options and an extensive collection of sandals crafted from premium leather. Regardless of the footwear style, Lotus’s ethos of focusing on quality, premium materials and exceptional detailing to give each pair a unique finish is ever so apparent; this is imperative to give independent shoe retailers a distinctive point of difference on the high street. Emily Mawby, Lotus Assistant Brand Manager, comments: “Footwear Today Live is a valuable opportunity in the trade show calendar for us to connect with existing and potential new customers that have footwear at the heart of their business.”

In the Imperial Sui te will be Adesso (pictured), which as usual is brimming with colours and packed with amazing comfort features, and Free Spirit, which is looking better than ever. Says Helen Fraser, of West Midland Shoe

Company, which owns the Adesso and Free Spirit brands: “We are super excited to be returning to Footwear Today Live, bringing back styles such as Frisco, a firm favourite with many of our customers for over 14 years, alongside some new and exciting developments! “We are looking forward to welcoming

customers to browse our collections in a relaxed atmosphere. West Midland Shoe Company has been trading for over 50 years now and over those years we have visited many exhibitions, I can honestly say Footwear Today Live is the most relaxed and welcoming show we have attended!

Art is celebrating its 30th anniversary at the show. The brand has had a fantastic season with repeats, especially shoes and comfort fashion sneakers. Consumers love the comfort styling and prices, and retailers love the margins, the quality and the support they receive from the staff in Spain. Meanwhile, with El Naturalista the women’s

collection targets prices between £60 and £99, the men’s are £75 to £95, and a small collection of great shoes and chukkas at £120 SRP. “The new accounts that we opened at the

previous Footwear Today Live show are already looking forward to seeing the SS25 collection in August,” says Rob Sewell, UK Agent for the Art and El Naturalista brands. “This has always been a very popular show

for us – the retailers that support the show (many of which stay for both days), the relaxed atmosphere in the halls, plus the tea, coffee and food are all supplied free-of-charge, along with parking which is also free and within 100m of the entrance!”
