monitoring to create a solution that is capable of monitoring and protecting IT systems in manufacturing environments, guaranteeing trouble-free operation. Those visiting the Danfoss stand will be able

WITTENSTEIN SP+ HIGH SPEED Generation 3

 For the 2026 event, there are expected to around 1175 exhibitors, with 55% coming from Germany and 3% from the UK. For a start, in Hall 4, WITTENSTEIN will be

showcasing innovations for system design, integration, digital intelligence and the next generation of cybertronic motion systems. Visitors will be able to find out about SP+ HIGH SPEED Generation 3: The new generation of precision gearboxes. These are said to open up new opportunities for machine manufacturers to make their machines more powerful, more efficient and more robust. The new SP+ HIGH SPEED combines exceptionally high continuous speeds – roughly twice the current market standard, the company states – with improved controllability and thermal characteristics. The result is more compact machines, better performing drive systems, higher productivity and more reliable operation. Also on show will be the Galaxie GA series, with which the company is ushering in a whole range of applications by adding an especially flexible drive concept to its Galaxie technology. A spur gear stage installed upstream allows for the compact integration of a wide variety of industrial motors and gearbox variants from the WITTENSTEIN product range to suit each application. The modular design also enables the incorporation of coaxial or right-angled input stages. Another advantage is that the hollow shaft of the Galaxie is retained in full, regardless of the chosen input stage or connected motor. This way, media, cables and other functional elements can continue to be routed centrally through the gearbox. At the same time, users can benefit from high torque density, exceptional torsional rigidity and absolute zero backlash. Also on show will be the Size 60 cyber dynamic

actuator R. Featuring torques of up to 64 Nm, the actuator delivers a high power density in a compact, integration-friendly design. Like the smaller actuators in the series, it is also available in three versions, Standard, Inox and Hygienic, with a protection rating of up to IP69K at the cable outlet. Optional features such as an axial or radial cable outlet, a 1- or 2-stage integrated gearbox, single- or multiturn encoders and holding brake, enable the cyber dynamic actuator R to be customised to individual requirements. All servo actuators are designed with single-cable technology and excel in their high torques and dynamism. In addition, under the umbrella of the WITTENSTEIN group, baramundi software is exhibiting its combination of unified endpoint management and proactive endpoint operations at SPS 2026. Transparent, efficient and cyber-secure endpoint management with IT compliance meets real-time performance

to learn about such products as the iC7 next generation drive platform. This offers modular architecture, advanced motor control, integrated cybersecurity, and digital connectivity and IoT. There are a number of versions available: The iC7-Automation for industrial machinery; iC7-Aqua for water and wastewater applications; iC7-HVACR for HVAC and refrigeration systems; iC7-Marine for offshore conditions; and the iC7-Hybrid for electrification and power conversion. And, with security essential these days, visit the

company to find out why cybersecurity matters for industrial drives – the risks, the physical and financial impacts, and regulatory compliance. Siemens, meanwhile, will showcase its path

toward automating automation by bringing Industrial AI to its portfolio. Connected Automation brings Industrial AI to the shopfloor, the company explains. It provides a powerful foundation that facilitates horizontal integration across automation systems as well as vertical integration between the shop floor and the digital world, allowing data and insights to flow seamlessly and drive action in real production environments. During the event, Siemens will also introduce

TIA Portal V21.1, a future-proof update to its automation engineering framework that, for the first time, decouples installed software from licensing. From now on, customers buy features, not versions. The new approach simplifies lifecycle management and reduces engineering effort while ensuring continuous access to software updates and security improvements. Visitors will also be able to see the next

generation of Sinamics G variable frequency drives. The portfolio evolves from individual drive products toward connected motion that helps machine builders master growing complexity and future challenges. It includes the general-purpose Sinamics G200; the compact Sinamics G210C for targeted machine requirements; the advanced Sinamics G210X specialised for pumps, fans and compressors; and the versatile Sinamics G210 all-round drive for diverse continuous motion requirements. Integrated safety, cybersecurity and digital capabilities prepare customers for tomorrow’s requirements, including the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). Siemens’ Simatic AX is the engineering

environment that brings Software-Defined Automation into practice for PLC and Motion Control Engineering. At SPS, the company will be

launching Simatic AX Motion Control Engineering. For the first time, technology objects can be engineered in SIMATIC AX so the workflow works entirely in an IT-like environment. A complete project including motion control can be managed using practices found in software development – with document-based configuration of technology objects with PLCopen support and direct Git integration. Visitors will also be able to find out about the

generative AI-powered Eigen Engineering Agent and, in the Innovation Hub at Siemens’ SPS booth, visitors will be able to see what can be achieved today as well as the automation of tomorrow: what is possible when Industrial AI is integrated within key technologies, such as Connected Automation, Software-Defined Automation and Comprehensive Digital Twin. Analog Devices will be in Hall 5 where

visitors will be able to discover how ADI technology accelerates innovation, improves efficiency and reduces system complexity. On the stand, visitors will be able to see how

physical signals become actionable intelligence at the automation edge. ADI’s software-defined automation platform turns physical signals into precision motion intelligence, integrating high- performance 48V GaN servo drives, low-voltage motion control, solid-state motor protection, advanced sensing, and Ethernet-in-Cabinet connectivity. This demo showcases how current, voltage, position and fault data are transformed into real-time actionable intelligence at the automation edge, enabling smarter control, faster protection, reduced wiring complexity, and next-generation control architectures for industrial automation. Humanoid robots need tightly integrated sensing, motion, power, safety, connectivity and AI. A demo, centred around a humanoid robot, will bring physical intelligence to life through: precision motion control, safe autonomous mobility, dexterous manipulation, and AI-driven robotics. Visitors will also be able to discover how ADI system-level solutions help robot developers reduce system complexity, accelerate development, and build more capable, reliable and intelligent machines. Furthermore, visitors will be able to discover

how to unlock machine efficiency though software-defined actuation, and learn about the software-defined automation network testbed. A visit to the CLPA stand is also a must. For

25 years, the CC-Link Partner Association has been responsible for the technical development and promotion of the CC-Link family of open automation networks. There are currently over 3,500 products using CLPA technologies, with a global installed base of over 43,000,000 devices across all CLPA technologies. Visit the company to find out about Time-

Sensitive Networking (TSN). Used by over 100 global manufacturing corporations, TSN enables simpler network architectures/machine designs; greater process transparency and management; more productivity; better OT/IT integration; and it addresses digitalisation challenges with gigabit bandwidth.
