new sites will expand its manufacturing and assembly facilities, including capacity for Hepco’s industry-leading GFX Guidance System for Beckhoff XTS Linear Transport System. The building will also offer additional office space and incorporate sustainability measures, including solar panels and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.

Part of the building will also be used to accommodate the company’s growing R&D and marketing departments, including dedicated facilities for filming and webinars. The third site forms part of Hepco’s

long-term strategy to accommodate future growth. “This expansion strengthens our operational capability and reinforces Hepco’s role as a global leader in linear motion technology,” explained managing director, Peter Fanshawe. “We’re investing in infrastructure that supports innovation and positions us to meet

The second site will serve as a centralised

logistics and storage hub to streamline material handling and supply chain operations.

gearboxes. By integrating Tramec’s gearboxes with the EM-A synchronous motors, the company can now deliver integrated automation, mechanical and mechatronic components, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability. “This partnership enhances our ability to provide integrated drive solutions,” said Wojciech Bracha, strategic product manager for AC Drives at Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV. “By combining our EM-A synchronous motors with Tramec’s high efficiency gearboxes, we’re responding to our customers’ needs for comprehensive and energy-efficient drive systems that integrate seamlessly into their operations.” For OEMs, the EM-A motor solutions with Tramec gearboxes offer practical

advantages that improve machine performance. The synchronous motor performance ensures stable speed under fluctuating load conditions, enabling the construction of more reliable machines. The improved energy efficiency adds value to OEMs’ equipment, supporting the development of machines that meet modern sustainability requirements. In addition to this, the sensorless positioning capabilities simplify machine architecture.
