NEW 10.1-INCH TOUCH DISPLAY MAKES SBC INTEGRATION SIMPLE
I
nelco Hunter has announced its latest-generation 10.1-inch touch display, purpose-built to allow small form factor single-board computers (SBCs), such as Raspberry Pi, Nano Pi or Banana Pi, to be mounted directly to the rear of the display panel. The display has been re-engineered for a brighter screen and simpler integration, with digital HDMI, five-point PCAP multi-touch and single-supply operation as standard. The display is supplied as a complete kit to enable the system to operate straight out of the box. It drops straight into industrial HMI and automation panels, building control and monitoring systems, and single-board computer projects alike, backed by Inelco Hunter’s UK stock and local engineering support. The display can be used as a bare board or enclosed in an Inelco Hunter case. The bright 800 cd/m² IPS touch display has an impressive contrast ratio of 800:1, making the screen clear and easy to read, even in daylight conditions. The 10.1-inch IPS TFT display offers viewing angles of 80° up, down, left and right (CR ≥10). The display has WXGA 1280 × 800 resolution, 16.7 million colours and is black when unpowered. The 10.1-inch display also offers an array of attributes. These include USB HID digital backlight control (0–255 or 10-level), a five-point multi-touch PCAP touch panel and a digital HDMI interface. The display has a typical response time of 25 ms (maximum 50 ms), and an LED backlight with a 50,000-hour lifespan and USB HID or hardware PWM control. The display works with small form factor SBCs, such as Raspberry Pi, and many other industrial PCs

ECO has expanded its portfolio with two products powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ-2390 processor: Compact Vision 5 Dragonwing IQ-2390, a 5-inch industrial human-machine interface (HMI), and SBC-Dragonwing-IQ-2390, a compact single-board computer.
via HDMI and USB. The outline dimensions are a maximum of 254.96 × 173.6 × 26.2 mm (W × L × H); the active area is 216.96 × 135.60 mm. The operating temperature range is −30°C to +80°C (panel surface), and the display is fully RoHS compliant.
The kit is supplied complete with HDMI and USB (ILI2132) interfaces, ready for use straight out of the box. Power requirements are 12 V DC (0.65 A typical / 1 A maximum) via a single connection, making system integration very simple. The display can be panel-, wall- or VESA-style mounted if supplied in an IHL or alternative case. The encased display can be mounted using the integrated M2.5 pillars. The display is supplied
as a bare board as standard, with cased options available on request.
Applications include industrial HMI and automation, building control and monitoring, SBC and Raspberry Pi systems, kiosks and self-service. In addition to offering the displays as a standard product or a kit, Inelco Hunter offers a customisation service to help customers adapt products for their own solutions. This added-value support is at the core of Inelco Hunter’s philosophy, and has been for over 30 years, setting it apart from ‘stock and ship’ distributors.

SECO BRINGS AI TO THE INDUSTRIAL TOUCHSCREEN
Designed for industrial control, vending, building automation, machine vision and other embedded applications, both products help manufacturers modernise existing systems with improved processing, on-device AI, 3D graphics and integrated wireless connectivity. The processor combines computing, vision, AI acceleration and real-time control, helping reduce external components and simplify integration. Compact Vision 5 features a touchscreen with IP65 front protection, 2 GB or 4 GB of RAM, 16 GB of eMMC storage and a 9–24 V DC power input. Interfaces include RS232, RS485, CAN, Gigabit Ethernet, USB-C, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Additional 4.3-inch and 7-inch versions are planned.
SBC-Dragonwing-IQ-2390 offers the same processing, memory and connectivity foundation for customised embedded designs. An expansion port supports camera, audio, Ethernet, USB and I2C/I3C connectivity.
Both products run Clea OS 2.0 and will support the forthcoming Clea OS 3.0, enabling secure software updates and device management throughout their lifecycle. SECO’s development resources also support software migration. An optional USB-connected AI Audio Dongle provides a microphone array, beamforming and a speaker for voice interaction in noisy environments.
