All three digital inventory management software packages are designed specifically to meet the challenges of the respective application. All digital applications are suitable for use with desktop PCs, tablets or smartphones and fulfill the highest security and data privacy standards. The Netilion Value digital monitoring
Overall, the cloud-based radar sensor enables extremely simple and optimised inventory management from any distance.
Bulk solid measurements
Since its introduction last year, the Micropilot FWR30 has initially been used for level measurements, inventory management and the localisation of plastic IBCs (intermediate bulk container) that store liquids such as cleaning agents, flavoring substances, phosphate precipitation agents and other additives. These materials are used in all process industries, especially chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals. Other typical applications for the cloud-based measurement solution include liquifiers for the manufacture of concrete, and phosphate precipitation agents for wastewater treatment plants. The Micropilot FWR has been deployed in mobile and stationary plastic tanks, as well as in open containers. Thanks to new analysis algorithms and new
process connection designs, the Micropilot FWR30 can now be additionally used to measure solid media/bulk solids in high plastic and metal containers such as IBCs or metal silos. It can also determine the fill levels of solids such as feedstuff, construction material or wood pellets. Farmers always know exactly how much feedstuff is in stock for instance.
Instrumentation Monthly October 2021
service offers users an overview of the instrument status, current measurement values and historical data. Using push notifications, an alarm tool immediately indicates when thresholds have been reached. The entry level solution creates transparency for the level control process, is easy to use and allows the integration of intelligent instruments with just a few clicks. Netilion Inventory is a digital inventory
management service with additional functions such as volume calculations, forecast generation or the calculation of available warehouse capacity. The expanded service helps with the consolidation of inventories, as well as with demand planning. Fully comprehensive inventory management
is enabled by the SupplyCare Hosting advanced inventory and supply chain solution. The roll-based user management feature, including configurable access rights, allows the simple integration of suppliers, customers or partners. The user-defined view of the inventories in tanks, silos or containers offers a continuous and simple overview. The analysis of performance parameters such as average inventories, efficiency or inventory turnover rate, creates the foundation for correct decision-making. SupplyCare Hosting can be synchronised with all common ERP systems. The software supports the user with supply
and replenishment planning, thus permitting optimisation of the entire supply chain.
simple installation and commissioning
Installing and commissioning the Micropilot FWR30 in silos and containers is uncomplicated and can be completed within just a few minutes. With plastic containers, the instrument is mounted on the outside, where it measures through the wall of the tank. For metal containers, the instrument is simply screwed on to a premounted, threaded process connection. Even commissioning of the instrument is extremely simple; the measurement values are immediately available at the push of a button.
reliaBle and cost-effective
The new Micropilot FWR30, in combination with the Netilion IIoT ecosystem, offers a user-friendly, reliable and cost-effective solution for level measurements with proven 80 GHz radar technology. The instrument ensures access to all relevant information, from anywhere and at anytime. The user enjoys full transparency for the storage and transport of liquids, and most recently, bulk solids. Scalable software applications range from measurement value monitoring, to comprehensive inventory management. The battery-operated, wireless sensor ensures that users are not dependent on external power sources and plant communication networks. The certified Netilion cloud service fulfills the most stringent security and data privacy standards. In summary, the Micropilot FWR30 cloud-based
radar sensor offers flexible utility and ensures that production and handling processes run smoothly. The Micropilot FWR30 opens up new business models for supply and logistics companies by allowing them to offer deliveries and route planning according to inventory levels.
