every 40mS (25 times/second) or up to once per minute. Transmitters go to sleep in between transmissions when scanning rates above 10 seconds are selected to help with battery life.


OurWatchlog Vision Cloud platform stores all measured data for long term trending. Alerts can be set up to send text messages or emails to key staff when a value is breached. Wireless uptime is also monitored, and any outages are logged and can be alerted. Hydrotechnik have support staff to help deployment and can also facilitate 3rd party branding if required. The Vision cloud platform is a low cost monthly subscription model which can also facilitate separate branding and logins if required.


Transmitters can be retrofitted to many industrial sensors, 4-20mA, RS485, ModBus, CanBus etc. can all be transmitted. Hydrotechnik are also working on a new transmitter that can store data if it’s out of range of a gateway e.g. on a mobile piece of plant that moves in and out of range of the receiver. Up to a month’s worth of data can be stored and then synchronised when it comes back into range of the receiver gateway.
