Machines don’t learn, people do!

he learning and development industry has always been about people; supporting their growth, enabling their success, and
driving change through capability. But with all the new, exciting technologies available to us today, it’s easy to get caught up in the bells and whistles and forget what lies at the heart of it all: the
people we’re here to support. The shiny tech can be tempting,
but here’s the thing: employees aren’t algorithms. They’re not cogs in a machine, no matter how much we like our business processes to run smoothly. They’re individuals with aspirations, frustrations, and real lives. If we want technology to truly elevate training, it must serve their humanity, not sideline it.
