Hatai in Bangkok’s Silom district, will bring together two hotels ‒ Six Senses Bangkok and the Narai Hotel, part of Te Unbound Collection by Hyatt. Its 6,000 square meter retail offering will feature shopping and F&B options, from casual food halls to fine dining, as well as wellness facilities and community spaces, with its design targeting LEED and WELL Gold standards.

EDGE London Bridge is set to be one of London’s most sustainable office towers, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum with less than 23 kWh/m² energy consumption. Te first four stories showcase the Edge’s vision for an open, inclusive and green workspace, with the ground floor featuring open areas, seating and a café to encourage interaction, and the lobby merging with a public ‘Park Plinth’ landscape.

A renovation of two existing buildings, the James Beard Public Market in downtown Portland will span 38,000 square feet across three floors, with a rooftop garden and expansive event space. Named after culinary icon James Beard, who was born and raised in Portland, the Market will feature stalls, prepared food vendors, a bakery, a cheesemonger, a wine cellar, a restaurant, a teaching kitchen and a culinary bookstore, celebrating Oregon’s food culture.
